This website is operated by Hiba Beydoun (Bey Consulting), Saudi Arabia. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and how we use it, in line with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, company and role, work email, phone number, preferred time to call and team size. When you submit a review, we collect your name, email, job title and company, and your answers.
We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you choose to work with us, to arrange and deliver our services. We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
If you submit a review and tick the consent box, we may publish your review, name, job title and company on our website, social media (including LinkedIn), brochures, proposals and other marketing materials. Your email address is never published. You can ask us to remove your review at any time through the contact form, and we will stop using it in new materials.
Form submissions are processed by our website host, Netlify, and delivered to our business email, provided by Google. These providers may store data outside Saudi Arabia under their own security and privacy commitments.
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our business relationship, and for no longer than 24 months after our last contact unless we work together.
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, at any time by sending us a message through the contact form.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
